Hi
guys of 8th grade, this week we are going to learn and talk about Regular and
Irregular verbs. But first let's remember what the verbs are:
Don't forget!: Read well, look up the words you don't know in the dictionary and write the
information in your notebook
What Are Verbs?
A verb is an "action" Word, with them we can express
· A
physical action (e.g., to swim, to write, to climb).
· A
mental action (e.g., to think, to guess, to consider).
· A
state of being (e.g., to be, to exist, to appear).
English
verbs can be Regulars or Irregulars.
Regular
verbs form their different tenses according to an established pattern,
while
Irregular verbs
don’t follow the normal rules.
Regular
