THERE BE

Significa 'haber' (de existir). There + be se utiliza para hablar acerca de la existencia de algo, por lo tanto, ubicamos el sujeto real después del verbo.

There was a party last night.

There were many accidents last night.

Were there clothes in the bag?

There will be - habrá (for singular/plural nouns)

There will be five guests to dinner tomorrow.

There won’t be a party tonight.
